2019
The idea is born
Every great innovation starts with a simple idea. In 2019 Prontuário Verde was born — our flagship product with the mission of eliminating paper in clinics. We saw the need for a solution that would automate repetitive tasks while delivering powerful tools so healthcare professionals could focus on patient care.
2020
The first customer
In 2020, we won our first customer — a major health insurance operator in southern Brazil. We automated and simplified the routine of multiple units, directly impacting the care and management of more than 150,000 lives. And this was just the beginning.
2021
Conquering Brazil
Starting in 2021, we expanded across Brazil, winning over clinics of all sizes — from major capitals to the most remote places in the country. Along the way, we cemented Prontuário Verde as a real solution for a deep clinic pain: making routines simpler, more efficient and more human.
2023
Hello! Virtual Assistant OVYVA
In 2023, with the product consolidated and generative AI advancing, the OVYVA AI Assistant was born — built to make appointment scheduling easy 24/7, helping fill clinic schedules with a truly disruptive, automated AI booking solution.

From 2024 on, we hit a major milestone: more than 10,000 healthcare professionals began using our services daily.
